I am a professional Realtor who balances a successful career between my wife of 36 yrs and 6 children, my service to the community (scoutmaster, Board of Directors – Green House Community Center), and my hobbies that include horse packing, camping and mountain man activities. My prior experience in construction, retail grocery management and as a published author, compliment my real estate experience of 25 years.
As the Designated Broker and Co-owner of Real Estate Marketplace N.W. Inc, I not only supervise the activities of 20 realtors, but personally help clients buy and sell about $6-8 million of real estate each year.
My passion for developing and nurturing lasting relationships in all phases of my life has promoted a happy, fulfilling family life, and has enabled me to successfully develop a thriving personal real estate business. In addition, I have partnered with family members to develop a successful Brokerage (Real Estate Marketplace N.W. Inc.) within the last decade, which was recently awarded the accolade of “Best in the Northwest — Washington Family Business of the Year.”
My desire to provide competent, legendary service has compelled me to continually obtain the education necessary for this ever-evolving-business, which gives my clients the confidence that they will receive the best service possible.
My experience and education makes me a valuable member of the forms committee for the Spokane Association of Realtors which is instrumental in producing and monitoring most of the state wide forms that are available to Washington Realtors. The enthusiasm that I have for nurturing quality relationships, along with my compulsion to be thoroughly educated has been a recipe for success. For example, many of my clients have stated that they are drawn to me for business because of the strong bond they feel in our friendship and because of the trust they feel is warranted because of my professionalism. As a result, much of my business comes in the form of referrals from past clients and my customers usually turn into long term clients and friends that have confidence in my ability to solve their real estate needs.
