I have always received more satisfaction from helping others than myself, whether they are family, friends or neighbors. I believe this is one of the reasons my wife of 35 years and I have been blessed with three such caring and compassionate children. I also have four beautiful grand-children, three dogs and enjoy the outdoors, fishing and working around our home.
Nearly from the beginning of my career I have been in a position of management, starting at a very young age in the construction industry as a Foreman and working up through the ranks becoming a Superintendent, Purchaser, Project Manager and then the General Manager of one of the largest quality home builders in the Northwest. During this period I was given the assignment of taking over two large projects that were in trouble. By re-negotiating the contracts, I was able to turn them around and bring them in on time and on budget.
I attribute these accomplishments to some of the same traits I utilize in my personal life, caring and helping others. I have trained and mentored numerous successful individuals through-out my career through empowerment and the simple philosophy: do for others as you would do for yourself. As a result my team and I have had the opportunity to build thousands of residential units and multi-million dollar projects over the past 25 years. This is why I have had the honor of being the one that co-workers and management came to for help when things went awry.
All of this means that I will utilize these same negotiation skills, problem solving abilities and care in our Real Estate transactions. I would appreciate any opportunity to help you throughout the process and build a long lasting relationship for years to come.
Thank you in advance, Greg
