I appreciate these few moments to introduce myself. As a Realtor, I bring my life experiences to the table when you hire me to work for you. I grew up primarily in the Philippines attending boarding school for six of 12 years of schooling. I returned to the US and attended college winning the draft lottery in 1970. From 1971 until 1991, I served in the US Army spending my time mostly in Asia-Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Hawaii, and a stint in Germany with intermittent trips to the mainland for schooling. After leaving the Army, I worked out of the US Embassy in Thailand for five years. I had a vibrant real estate practice in Hawaii for two years leading up to retirement and preceding my move to Thailand. I have worked in The Spokane area for just short of ten years. My experience ranges across the spectrum of the real estate market with much experience in raw land and rural properties. I look forward to serving you. Thanks. Dave Atherton
